(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well, I got hardened edition, and went to cod elite site and where do I enter my serial number?

You don't enter it on there.

You log into psn and goto Account Management > Redeem Codes.
Then just type it in.

im having trouble with mine too i go on to the elite app on ps3 and to the left of my name i have a red skull saying elite premium i dont know if im premium or not :(

That doesn't work. Not Happy or Sad

There's 12 letters on redeem codes, but 20 on the code.

I think you go online and enter the code somewhere, because on the back of that card there is a site.

Then just type it in.

THIS is what I did. Purchasing my elite from Gamestop, the code was on the receipt and had the valid amount of digits - the same as a PSN card.
