Tutorial:
1 ) Transfer your profile from your xbox to your computer
2 ) Open your profile using modio or horizon
3 ) Extract the mw3 GPD (415608CB.gpd)
4 ) Click 'Open' on the program and choose your GPD
5 ) Choose what you want your clan tag to be
6 ) Click 'Save'
7 ) Inject your GPD back into your profile using modio / horizon
8 ) Rehash and resign

i saw only 1 guy on ps3 with this he had his clan tag L3

You could do this in mw2 but without the buttons and you do it a different way..
and i dont think you'll get banned for doing this..

you can do this on ps3 but you cant change your name like what xbox could do..

a question guys why are you asking me will you get banned for this NO ONE have gotten banned yet on mw3 so i don't know

I really doubt IW will ban you for this. Probably just be patched.

For anybody wondering why there getting "corrupted profile" its because you can't edit your Gamertag anymore Microsoft patched it a while ago

Whats the point of a program that edits a file that can be edited in notepad...
