What is the fastest way to level A weapon ?

I want to get the gold camo on some guns ..

is it by playing free for all or something ?

You just play with the gun you want to level up. I just played with the UMP and now i have it in gold and i'm lvl36.

like Wondoh said, try going for the attachment challenges or headshot ones and that will help. also playing ground war, demo or headquarters can level it up quicker.
