For the moment there will be hardly any free-for-all boosters as tactical insertion is unlocked at level 61, for the bigger groups of boosters, S& and demo boosting was faster xp.

It doesn't take that long to get level 61 when your boosting.

You cannot effectively boost at a level lower than 61.

Well, don't quote me on this, but if they learned one thing from Black Ops, they probably took out the ability to use TI's in FFA, like I said, I don't know for sure.
