It also has some numbers that say founder before it and i have on idea where to enter it i tried to do it on ps3 but there are too many numbers help please

there should also be a piece of paper containing a 12 digit "PSN code"

what Favo said, the founder card (15 digits) is for use after the 13th
use the 12 digit code, then load up elite on PS3 - it should say "premium member"

i try and load up elite on PS3 and it just keeps giving me the loop of the contract that i have to accept. why is that? does anyone know?

Elite for me is working on PS3 I however can't log in through my PC keeps on saying "don't refresh or you will need to start over" but working fine on PS3 try un-installing the app and downloading it again. Also a trick to know if your subscription is working go to Account Management, Transactions and click on COD ELITE see what it says if you bought hardened it should give you an AUTOMATIC RENEWELL DATE.
