How to Mod MW3 Singleplayer Campaign with USB
Heres The Download:

1. Go into Your MW3 And Start A New Campaign
2. Start The First Mission Then Save & Quit
3. Go To The Dashboard And Find Your MW3 Savegame
4. Move It To Your USB Flash Drive And Plug it into Your PC
5. Open Horizon And Extract Your Savegame to your Desktop
6. Open Up The MW3 Save Editor And Edit Your Progress
7. Once Your Done. Save Your File And Open Horizon
8. Explore Your Device Again And Find Your MW3 Savegame
9. Drag And Drop it Into Horizon On Your Device And go To Contens
10. Right Click The Old Savegame And Replace with the Modded One
