Log onto callofduty.com/elite and delink your current psn name and link your new one.

I tried that and it did not work. When I got to elite on new account it says i have to buy it.

You should probably email support then. I switched psn accounts on elite, but that was during the beta phase before I paid for it.

Don't think you can seeing that you would have purchased elite on one account using playstation store, and you can't transfer it over.
