I had the option to prestige around 21-22 hours, but I didn't do it. Still on 80 now.

I have 20 hours or so played and I'm 36 1st prestige, but that was with a lot of double XP. If I tryhard, I could maybe do it quicker but I like playing the game and just enjoying it.
