If not, how long does it take for MW3 to recognise that I've prestiged?

not late , you can prestige in any older cod to get a prestige token at any time , but only 1 token for prestiging on old cods , meaning doesn't matter if you prestiged 10 times in 1 game you get only 1 token

I'm ****ed! I'm top rank on all CoD's since MW1, but from MW1 to BO I played on PS3, and got MW3 on my 360 so no Tokens for me
