I had the same problem you need to go online and and make an account on COD.com once you link your account to the website your title and emblems should appear if your a founder and you only get the silver title and red and blue emblem then unlink your gamertag and relink it and you should have what your looking for

you might want to do it online. I did it online on my ipad and restarted my ps3 and got my 2 titles and emblems. is that all you suppose to get for being a founder?
