My friend said he just joined a clan and got the gold clan tag/title for the clan. Not sure if everything is unlocked like this

Depends on if your leader activated it or not, i joined a clan that is currently level 13 and he said that he still needs to activate it, so you need to figure it out with your leader to see if he activated it or not. By activate i mean double xp, the rest of the stuff you should have once you log on
