Uh the perk setup for this is HORRRRIBLE... Sitrep for a sniper? Really?

Use

1st: Sleight of Hand
2nd: Assassain or Quickdraw
3rd: Marksman

For secondary weapon use the MP9 Machine Pistol(The one from secondary weapons, not to be confused with MP7), It is decently accurate and doesn't take many shots to kill and makes you lighter so you move faster because you're not carrying TWO primary weapons (each gun has a different weight and will affect your movement speed)

Well this changes my idea on which sniper to use, I'll give it a try.
