Nope u can't force your self host, see with me I have a 18meg connection so I get host pretty much all the time, an when u are host I figured a way to lag it to my advantage since I lag as well , when u see someone u lag it but move to the left or right of someone an don't shoot till it isn't lagging anymore then u can kill them cause most of the time the other guy will unload his clip while its lagging so he'll have to reload.

You can do that with all CODS. Just upload a youtube video.

You can get host easily by just uploading a video to YouTube then cancel it when your in a pre-game lobby.
