Tutorial:
1. Climb up tanker ladder
2. Jump down the crack between the tanker and the actual truck
3. Slowly walk on the right side until your in
I think I found this, as it hasn't been posted yet. This is also my video, sorry for the quality and lag.

It patched , might not be for pc but for Console its patched

With there new 1.04 patch they patched it , why dont you all update it and then try?
