He states a hot fix is already in the works, (a hot fix is a patch applied over the servers which does not require a downloadable update.) but maybe the 1.04 addresses this and other issues?
I will update this thread with any news once I get it.

I just noticed on his twitter he also responded to a tweet saying "ANY info regarding the ps3 version of the game? The framerate issues, lag..? Just an "we're working on it" would be fine" and he replied with: "We're working in it. Daily meetings investigate cause and solutions. We will get it resolved for you." and this was also late last night.

Why dont you just wait until the info for Patch 1.04 is out then make a thread.

Yes but if you took the time to read the other threads instead of rushing to make your own. You would know that this was talked about.

I obviously did read the other threads other wise I wouldn't of known that people were unsure of what the patch does, I don't own a PS3 and without reading the other threads I wouldn't even know the update existed.
