No, if you get the pre-order on the PSN store, it's the same because until the 13th you get the founder status as some bonus ._.

Me too. I preordered it at the PS Store, and only got normal premium.
But if we don´t get founder status this week, I will claim for it, because on PSN account management, if you click on your "List of Services" you have, you will find "Call Of Duty ELITE 1 Year Subscription", and if you click on that, it will split in 4 subsections. And one says "ELITE FOUNDER". Here´s the proof:
