You can downgrade VIA E3 FLASHER your second PS3 to a CFW and use FTP server.

OR

You can downgrade VIA progSKEET your second PS3 to a CFW and use FTP server.

OR

You DON'T have to downgrade with progSKEET because once you get it set up, you can add/remove files off your PS3 on the latest firmware.
