Eligibility: We aren't asking for much but that you at least have a 1.5 KDR or greater. Win/Lose Ratio doesn't matter because I understand the server putting you into crappy games and you leaving. You must have a PREMIUM Elite account. And finally, you must be an active member. As in be participating in clan operations and Clan Events.
