So 773 kills, 1k deaths on a 10th prestige MW2 counts as legit?

I Went to Prstg in Mw2 Did Prstg back to 7 Level 70, I was 10 .. and now 2 days still didn't get a token also I did Reset my stats didn't work ,, If i delete the Mw3 , re-install again will it work?
