i dident read anything about that but i dont realy care im still going to buy them

According to COD Elite we'll be getting DLC quite often.

for founder and elite subscribers it's a new map on the 3rd of every month, supposedly starting in December. this was on the callofduty/elite site before the game launched when one went through each screen detailing what "elite" was all about...

i have my doubts about it happening next month--but it was the very first month on the website showing dlc and since they have been rolling out updates left and right, it might very well happen on schedule.

regardless if it happens next month or not, it's the 3rd of every month--whether it will be the same cross platform (xbox, ps3, pc) who knows since xbox seems to get everything first (which is total bs)

I thought it was different due to this whole Elite system. So regardless any elite members get the DLC on time?

regular players have to buy the map pack when it comes out, or buy individual maps if they are released that way; elite is only a subscription where the elite member gets the maps as soon as they drop without having to wait for a map pack or having to buy them separately.

elite has nothing to do with getting anything before anyone else unless they only sell the maps to non elite in packages like they did for MW2. if they sell maps individually then regular players will have the chance to get them at the same time elite members do...

and someone posted about things dropping on Tuesdays, which normally is the case, but it doesn't matter if the 3rd of the month is on a Tuesday or not because the website specifically said the 3rd of every month, not the first Tuesday of the month...
