Tutorial.

1) use three support killstreaks and only get the first 14 kills to the stealth bomber

2) perform the stealth bomber glitch (pull out the laptop and press Triangle when the aiming screen appears, your gun should be pulled out in the background)

3) call in the stealth bomber

4) there shouldn't be any KS reward lighted up to activate, but press Right on the D-Pad like there's a KS reward available

5) your person should pull out a laptop and you can run around with it

6) to put the laptop away, just press Right on the D-Pad again

The stealth bomber glitch was patched 3 days ago, what are you talking about?

i know the stealth bomber glitch is patched, you use the same steps to run with the laptop, before it was patched you would receive a stealth bomber again, now you dont get one AND if you press Right then you pull out a laptop with no aiming screen

i havent been able to get on yet, but its a useless glitch, so i doubt it's patched

It´s not patched but this is old.
A lot of people had this when they were trying to do the stealth bomber glitch; and they posted it here on NGU too.
