my opinion its easy on FFA so try FFA run around spawns in seatown (where i got mine) or dome
step 1: build a class you feel comfy with i recommend this ACR silenced
step 2: make your secondary one of the following Magnum , FMG , or Glocks akimbo
step 3: put equipment portable radar
step 4: have scav , quickdraw , and stalker as your perks (recommendation)
step 5: put your strike package "specialist" DO NOT PUT ANY PERKS HERE!
step 6 : search ffa (recommendation)
step 7 : tryhard until you get 7 kills
step 8: if you followed the steps you should get the specialist ultimiate oma killstreak which is you get every perk in the game except Overkill
step 9 : breeze the next 3 kills
step 10: rock out with you new emblem

the trick is this with support or assault you don't get anything , the loophole with specialist is you still get a killstreak . Hope you guys like this small tut =D.

But you can't use any killstreaks such as uavs , choppers , etc . The exploit is that with this at 7 kills you still get something . Which is better than nothing . This isn't hard , i got it in my first try , however its the fact that their is an easy way .

You will still get all perks if you use specialist 2-4-6 at 8 you get all perks

but you can't pick perks you must turn em off in order to obtain the emblem

I guess the days of people actually reading threads before commenting are long gone.

The OP says in order to unlock the emblem which requires you to get a 10 k/s WITHOUT any killstreaks set, you can use the specialist package without any perks set with hardline and you will still unlock every perk at 7 kills.
