A quick way to get a decent amount of XP is to level up your Secondary Weapon to max (level 10).

The Machine Pistols I find are the easiest to get up you can do it in 1 or 2 games.

You get 10k for getting any of your weapons to the max level Primary or Secondary but because all Secondary Weapons max level is 10 you can get the 10k every couple games depending on how well you do.
You will also get the XP from getting the kills and the challenges for that weapon so you will probably end up geting 10k-20k every couple games.
