Post: What Strike Package Do You Use?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just curious on what other members of NGU use for their strike packages. Do you mainly use the Support to help out your team as a whole or the Assault to cause devastation to the other team or do you stick with Specialist so you can get that flawless game you've always dreamed of?

I personally use the Support Strike Package for almost all of my classes because I'm a big run and gunner and objective player so I usually don't get too high of a killstreak. However, when I hit up FFA I usually turn Specialist on so that I can get all the perks and rape everyone in the game. :p

Assault just cause support is really not worth it in my case Not Happy or Sad. 4 kills for a uav? i mean come on plus with assault at least you can help your team win if you get a helicopter or whatever. Instead of being the only guy getting his support killstreaks and still end up losing.

The last person is our best player and he uses assault running pred. strafe run, and osprey. Im the uav guy :P

I hate Support teams. They usually all go negative yet get UAV, Stealth or EMPs. Support was meant to be helpful to your team but most use it because they're not good enough to use Assault.

I have to disagree with you on that one. Just because people don't use Assault does NOT mean they are just not good enough to use it. As mentioned in my OP, I use the support strike package because I am more of an objective player and like to capture as many flags/hq's/etc as possible and doing so leads to me getting a lot of kills but not a very high killstreak, thus, I use Support so I can still earn something in the game.

The only pointstreak that actually benefits ONLY the player in the Support Strike Package would be the Stealth Bomber, but even then it's not that powerful and sometimes doesn't get any kills at all.

The support package is for those that like more objective game modes, not only for sucky players to use.

Support pkg benefits bad players more than Assault does.

And I agree with that, but stating that all players that use it are bad is a misunderstanding. I believe they put it in the game so those that aren't too good still have something to work for and feel like they're doing good. :y:

Haha. True. I just think it's BS when some splitscreen noob can get multikills just because he got 11 kills. I also think those who use Hardline with Support REALLY sucks. I understand trying to make it casual friendly buy Blind Eye saving me from 12 kill Pavelow compared to not saving me from 11 kill Noob Bomber is sad.

Are you high?
when i first started playing MW3 i used support, but now i use specialist simply cause its a lot more rewarding for me an a better way to level up that an the fact all the helicopters an what not are far to easily taken down its kinda pointless to even waste my time racking up kills for it to be taken down before it hits the map as thats what i do with other peoples kill streaks lol

I use support with recon drone depending on whether or not I'm in a party. Otherwise, I go for the osprey because I feel more pro that way :U. Never used specialist though.
