Use a token on final stand lol, since its in the prestige challenges I dont think it resets.

Yeah it does reset.
I set all my deathstreaks as final stand, and put hardline on them.
That way it only takes 3 deaths to activate it.

Got like 20 kills or something before i prestiged.
