You need 2 controllers, that's about it.
When the round starts, run over to enemy's spawn, and get head shots on the other second controllers. Please take turns getting kills and planting/defusing. If you refuse to take turns, you will be kicked. Have your partner (the guy that's not killing) throw stuns for the assist.
It is preferred that you use Extreme Conditioning, so you can run longer.
So here is how we all get into a lobby.
Once we have four people with two controllers in the lobby, the host will kick two players and tell them to join game as he looks for a Team Tac lobby with S&
. Everyone votes for S&. If S& is not listed, then back out and try again. PSN: Bluebird2220
