Quite simply, 4 players with two controllers each join the game, in the game two pair up and go to a bombsite with their second controller. While they plant the bomb they make their second controller lay down a tactical insertion. This then allows the other person to kill the second controller who has a tac insertion layed down then he does the same and defuses the bomb. We plant and defuse the bombs in sync for minimal time loss.
