I had this same problem and they didn't do annything to it.
I emailed them etc no response in my opinoin and experience just shut your mouth and deal with it cause infinityward wont do annything.

i've had this happen to me twice. what i heard happens is your rank information is corrupted on the server and reverts to the last good rank.

not only stats loss..... but i'm F$@#!ng lossing 3 hours of competing in events .... to then find out that i looked like i never signed up.....

I have the same problem when ever I get off I go to main menu and back to multiplayer then back to main menu and I dont quit game I sign out

Happened to myself also twice. As someone said before it's been confirmed that it's a corruption of your rank/stats and all it does is revert you back to the servers last "backup" of your stats.. Hense why you went from 75 back to the 60's.

This has been supposably hotfixed but if it happens again there's really nothing you can do but rank up again.
