Not doing it is of course a good way, but you can also put your theater mode OFF, and try not to go over 8000 in score per game. Play a couple legit games as well, and make sure your stats look legit. It's the best way for not getting caught.

Turn theater mode off.
Kill yourself before a +30 killstreak.
Don't tell anyone you boost.
Don't brag about it.

Or just don't do it if you're afraid to get banned.
