First of all don't you dare tell me to search, instead try being helpful for once and give me a link because I have searched and searched and not found a solution.

What I want is simple, the buttons (R3 ,L3) in my clan tag, I don't have elite so I tried to hex edit
GPAD0_MP but it seems to be encrypted. Has anyone decrypted this yet and what are the HEX codes for R3 and L3. Also is there a way of doing this so your old file is simply not restored from their server and if it is refreshed on their server what's even the point of storing it locally?

plug in a usb keyboard, change it to "dutch" setting then load up mw3 and when you are typing in your clan tag, hold alt gr and press 4 for l3 and 5 for r3
