You need to be in a clan. And when you reach a rank your clan will be able to have a custom title. If you have to pay i dont know. But i think you do.

To get a custom mw3 title with no words, you have to join or make a clan on the call of duty elite website. Here's the link:You must login or register to view this content.

To get a custom mw3 title WITH your own words, you have to get your clan level to 5.

If you get elite premium before November 30th, you're clan gets an extra 500xp towards the clan level.Also,for every founder that joins you're clan, you're clan gets a 500xp boost.

No but it would help, considering the fact that clan operations and clan challenges aren't available. My advice would be to join a clan that has already reached level 5, or you could just wait till clan operations and challenges are available.
