For my Strike package I do:

Hardline
Scavenger
Marksman/Assassin

I've called in over 40 MOAB's already.

A trick to getting your first. Marksman is really over powered in the fact you can ADS and if someone is in your field of vision, even only being the top of their head, the name will appear on your screen. Even if it's not directly down your sights. Try that for a bit.

Its when you kil 25 without dieing and without using killstreaks.It doesnt kill your team and gives you 2xp to the rest of the game..
