elite is still working on it. our clan is level 21 and I still haven't seen it. im sure eventually they'll. fix it

If you go on the console app of elite then go on clan there's a bit that says "clan unlocks" and under that "coming soon"
I can only presume it's in there and once that is available you will be able to get 2x XP for the clan.
