Ask them, I know for a fact you have to be 5th prestige to buy the veteran package and it's the one that contains the MW2 gold NON SPINNING SKULL & TITLE, I forgot the title but it's either "FAR SUPERIOR BEING" or "PURE TALENT"

Actually you are correct, I just checked...not affraid to admit I am wrong. Hardened is MW2 SKULL AND TITLE "SUPREME BEING"

The VETERAN Package has the SKULL looking left with wings on its head and title "PURE TALENT"

Yeah I was disappointed to learn that there weren't any animated emblems like in mw2. I so wanted an animated reaper or strafe run.

Nope, its the same image but it doesn't spin. It's not even straight lol..

There are no MOAB emblems or titles .... I got 12 in the same prestige and still no title or emblem. only some challenges

5Th gives you Spining 10th but it doesn't actually spin And if you get 10th, youll get the cod 4 emblem that you have in mw2, and the title will be 10th Prestige, thats it. nothing special at all.
