So my question is: is there any way to edit your sensitivity copying the game save file to a pen drive ? I wanted something like 3.5 :/ Thanks.

My suggestion is once you get used to 3, move up to four and eventually you will get used to it. I used this method in MW2 and play on 10 easily now.

You used to be able to edit your sensitivity via usb on MW2, idk if you can on MW3. If there isn't a way though I suggest you play on 4
