probably a day in game time without double xp. Play KC or Team Defender. Or, search if you're good at it.

snd sucks in mw3 I find, all with hearbeatsensors and so on :/

i play Kill confirmed and it works really well.. i mostly use Support strike than assault, cuz even if u die 100 of times u wont lose ur killstreak so u can easily get any killstreak u want in Support.

and kill confirmed gives u alot of xp for like Kill confirming or picking up ur tag..

how long will it take, depends on how u play. if u play really well in each game and get all ur kill-streak and u keep changing ur weapon (so u can complete different challenges) keeping in mind that completing challenges gives alot of xp..

then it would take few hours.. but always keep in mind changing ur gun and not using the same gun all over till lvl 80..

yea team defender is the shit. You have to hold on to the flag and who ever has the flag shows up on your screen with a big red kill sign, so there isn't much camping because you always know where they are. Also, if you or your team has the flag, you get double xp for all the kills and stuff.

fastest to rank up is by using the specialist strike package on Kill Confirmed, you get so many points by picking that tags up and by getting the specialist bonus, also when you get all the perks you are pretty much invencible
