I think it's patched. I tried it with the FMG 9 and I still had recoil.

no its not patched on xbox its simple to do aswell.. just as you fire the sniper rifle hit Y+B together whilst keeping your finger on the fire button (RT) let your secondary fire a few shots off then its done just dont stand, jump or change weapon and you should be good lol
