(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok yesterday I got a 2 day ban from multiplayer (Tues/29th) so I went & played Spec Ops for a few hours after getting bored I went back to the multiplayer menu & kept pressing X to get online only bringing up the I've been banned notice so out of boredom I kept pressing X to get online & I noticed if you press it after a certain number of times it will put you through to multiplayer but then take you out 2 seconds later giving you the ban notice. Out of frustration I kept hitting X very fast then my PS3 started freezing trying to load the ban notice then it put me in & as soon as it put me in before it took me back out I pressed down on the D pad while pressing X & it took me to create a class which I found strange because you don't unlock that until level 4 & ALL of my pro perks weapons was still the same so I went into a match & got to play about 2 minutes then it took me out giving me the ban notice. I managed to level up to level 3 while I was banned lol. ENJOY & USE AT YOUR OWN RISK I don't wanna get anyone permanently banned from multiplayer

I will admit I did occasionally join my friend when he boosted and I have yet to be banned. They key is to keep your killstreaks low like (25-50) something realistic, not 827 like my friend, and try to keep your k/d ratio at a plausible ratio.. not 12.27 but at like 2.00 - 3.20, the whole point of this is so that people don't look at your stats and just report you boosting. Another thing to look out for is how many times you have planted/defused the bomb in demolition, some keen people will know that if you planted/defused the bomb 2560/3482 times they will know you boosted and report you. That is literally the MAIN thing that puts you on the radar to get banned (people reporting you), infinity ward said it themselves that if you are reported for boosting or whatever they will investigate you. As for the recent matches you can't really do anything about that, you could try playing a few legit games after you have boosted but your boosted matches will still show up on your timeline.

To answer your question...

1) I think repeat offenses will get longer bans and eventually a perma ban.

2) No one is immune to the ban hammer. It's probably stated somewhere in that REALLY long Terms & Agreement form. And he probably didn't get caught yet because he probably did S& boosting.

but why boost in the first place? yea you said it freed up time for your social life.. but the point of buying a game is to enjoy it, chill with your mates and not to take it so seriously. if you enjoy boosting, then fine. at the end of the day.. atleast i know cod isn`t my whole life. i`m not gonna boost, i`ll play legit and if i come up against the boosters online, thats a easy win. because most of em havn`t played a match against real players.

And a message for the boosters. you ass will one day get banned. maybe in a week, a month or a year when your 10th prestige with your fancy gold guns. your chances of getting away with it are slim.

I'm not banned but this sounds like way too much work. It's only two days, if you can't survive a two day ban then you need to get back in reality and see if you can find your life again...

Just because I boost, that does not mean that I am not going to enjoy the game.. I will admit, some boosters take it to the extreme, and want all the glory, aka stats.. But not everyone is like that.. Like everyone says, "its just a game" right?? So yes I boosted to 10th prestige.. Got 10th in a week and half after the game was released.. Now when I get online, I can just get online with my clan and play legit.. Have fun, shoot the shit.. No worries about getting to the next prestige and gaming all night.. Cod is not my life, and I do not want to b like some of the legit players who spend all day trying to get a prestige, fuk that.. Plus my wife will kick my ass if I do that, and I sure do not want to pass up on some pussy for a game..lol

And another thing.. Boosters do not need to b warned that we might get a ban and reset.. We all know that there is the possibility of getting caught.. And I for one, will accept all the consequences that boosting may bring my way, and accept them and move on.. So why boost?? Thats why.. And I got what I payed for, to b 10th prestige, and to b able to game with my friends and clan online.. Enjoying the game every second that I play..
