(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i bet just like me you have waiting over 2 hours over the phone or waiting for email replies trying to get what you paid for and activision just say in a nice way go f yourself. well i found alil glitch that work me ( 360 ) and my friend (ps3) i hope this works for all but cant say for sure.

1) log on to elite via pc ( make sure you console is off)
2) go to your profile
3) unlink your account!!
4) relink your account
5) log on to you console ( without connecting to live or psn)
6) clear you cache
7) log on and go to elite ( browse clans or something on your console)
log off elite go into mw3 online
9) bam enjoy what you paid for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

are you sure you did every step? worked for me got my stuff as soon as i went to multi player
