here is a video of a game that uses the cod4 engine and has vip:

What you do:
2 Teams
One team has a vip (james bond) and must escort him to the exit zone.
The other team must defend the exit zone and/or kill bond so he doesn't reach it.
Once bond is killed the round is over and there are no respawns.
If the VIP (james bond) doesn't get killed and makes it to the exit zone his team wins.
Does het get killed or doesn't make it in time defenders win.

Why don't they just put it in the private match gamemode list?

but if you compare both mw2 and mw3 gtnw gsc, theyre identical. i think it was just left there from mw2.

but i guess like someone said, maybe their released in elite dlc
