I tried it on ps3 and can confirm that it is NOT working.
I receive no message to accept changes from call of duty elite, or anything of the like. I have tried updating on cod elite, and then backing out to the main menu. I have also tried turning my ps3 completely off, editing on cod elite, waiting 15 minutes, and still no update message. This was to unlock the FAD from the M4A1 like in the video. I'm about to try the gold camo for the SCAR and see what happens.

I just tried to get gold camo and it did not work. Never got the message in-game and I waited about 5-10 minutes before logging in.
