Lethal:Claymore or Bouncing Betty
Tactical:Concussion
Perk 1:Scavenger
Perk 2: Hardline
Perk 3:Marksman
Specialist Killstreaks: Assassin, Quickdraw, and Blind Eye

I was two off a moab in a free for all, got too impatient and died at 23 kills.

i got Camping tip : go on Hardcore Domination Find a good camping spot where no1 can see you and alot of people run past and then u should easily be able to get a MOAB

how can you post a MOAB setup if you've never had one?

no one wants tips from an unsuccessful user.

I have gotten 1. I have gotten close alot in demo, dom, and KC. So I tried FFA and got it.
Class set up:
Primary: Type 95 Red Dot
Second Primary: ACR HBS
Claymore
Stuns
Perk1: SOH (I think)
Perk2: Overkill Pro
Perk3: Marksman (I didnt have DS yet)
Support Killstreaks: I think they were UAV, Counter UAV, and Advanced UAV.
The HBS was pretty much useless almost everyone had Assassin Pro. And I ran out of ammo pretty quick.
It was on village and I pretty much just patrolled from where the B bomb is in SnD to the cave.
