Demolition Boosting (normally in Team Tac):
Just get someone to plant and someone to defuse continually and the other two people killing the second controllers.
Or you can have everyone planting and defusing, either way works.


DOMINATION BOOSTING:
Just get everyone to cap B flag, do not cap A or C, do it continually over and over, get heaps of xp without doing anything to your ratio.

However, you should consider Strafe Run boosting for awesome exp

shit, yeah i forgot to put that in, i do pretty much any boosting unless i get killed, coz i dont wanna ruin my ratio, mine is 3.01 without boosting so yeah,
i mainly boost do level up quick

Strafe Boosting maintains a 3.0 KDR so you won't have a problem
