Maybe you know all rules, but the most important of these is to use STINGER & JAVELIN.
You create a class with Stinger or Javelin and tell at your oppisite friend that he gets one of these,so you have the two weapons.
When the Strafe Run arrives you destroy the firsts three elicopters with javelin and finally the others two.
If you correctly use the two rockets you can use the ultimate rocket for destroing other three elicopters, so you get +9000 or +18000 (Double XP).

UPDATE
Use always this method but at last round attend 30 seconds before that explode bomb and leave host. It's count 300.000 XP x game.

If you have blind eye PRO. Shoot down the sentry heli's easily which gets you more XP. Simple method but it works =D

I am at 8th prestige and sometimes use this method to rank very fast (lv73 to lv80 in 1 game o.O).
So I don't attend a possibile hack and use this simple method.

Ok, now is patched. If you get over +50.000 points for game, it doesn't update the stats.

you just use stinger. first shot aim for farthest out helicopter. it will go 1 inwards and ake out 3, then you use second bullet to take out remaining 2. dont need a jav as well :L too bad it's patched
