My honest opinion or the maps suck. They are horrible. The game itself rocks I love it. Like the guns and whatnot, but the maps don't really support snipers at ALL, it's most an assault game. The assaults rule the game and to top it off the gamer is so close quarter and they ****ed the shottys in the butt so there like the power of a pistol against an smg that can kill quicker than a spas in mw2.

The maps aren't really good I think most agree.

The maps are as SMG friendly as AR so I have to disagree.

There are Sniper spots but the downside is good players know the common spots people like to Snipe from(the steps or house by B on Mission) so unless the Sniper is good or has good teammates he won't last too long.

My biggest gripe is the maps have to many roofs. Maps like Arkaden, Seatown, Downturn are good for fire fights but TERRIBLE for AC130, Reaper,Pavelow, Osprey

I used to hate the maps, some have grown on me, but I think the spawns make the maps seem a lot worse than they are. With the spawns being so erratic at times, it's hard to navigate the map effectively. Still probably the worst maps in COD.

I think most of the maps are great, apart from interchange as that map is awful, but no way is it all about assault riles this game, this is easily all about SMG's with all the maps fair small in size its all about having a quick an fast gun an the assault rifles are not that quick compared to SMG's

these maps make air support less than mediocre. Hell i love the AC-130 and now it seems to be a waste of a killstreak. better off using something you dont have to control like an attack heli or pave low, so you can keep moving around and getting kills/play the objective.

Games great, But the maps not so good.... IMO worst map is INTERCHANGE! i ****ing hate that map!.....

i wish their where less corners

the maps are generally overall more balanced, each map supports a different type of gun better
