(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay so I know there is a 50,000 xp limit in MW3 however, I just finished playing a game of kill confirmed in which I earned around 4,000 - 5,000 xp (I also think I got a challenge that got me another 5,000) but of course no where near 50,000. During the game I went up one level (from 61 to 62) and then after the game I was back to 61. None of the previously earned xp counted but I still had a camo and rapid fire that I unlocked for the Type 95. No, I wasn't boosting. This was just a regular game that I didn't get my xp from.

Any ideas? if any one has an explanation it would be appreciated

Did you get lagged out or signed out in or after that match?

are you sure it's 50,000 xp?
i have earned over 50,000 xp in a game.. then again i had double xp

I have also never heard of a 50,000xp limit but it would be insane to reach that without double xp, I have only gotten about 24,000 xp without double xp and that was after completing a couple of challenges

Yes i'm sure it is, they set it as 50,000 to try and stop boosters ranking up so fast

I have earned 60k in one game so there is no 50k limit. I completed a load of challenges.

The 50,000 XP limit was only in BOPS in doing that private XP glitch people were doing, never heard of that in MW3. As far as what happened to you, the way ACTIVISION explains it is that YOUR LEVEL WENT BACK because something in the game caused the DATA to become CORRUPT and it restored your level to there last save they had on file for you. As far as what causes this CORRUPTION, only GOD & CHUCK NORRIS know for sure.
