The 17 points isn't the issue it's the maps. On a map like Village, Fallen,Dome or even Mission the Osprey Gunner RAPES and at the least you give your team 4 BEAST care packages so 18 points is fair.

I'd suggest trying the Assault Juggernaut.

I prefer the ac130 over the pavelow. I just find it more fun to use. I've called in about 80 ac130s and got 500 kills emblem so that's an average of around 6 kills.

osprey gunner sucks, i have never equipped it because its not worth it. I can get more kills with my lower k.s. and guns. Funny thing is escort airdrop is probably more effective cause it kills without you doing any of the work and if it gets shot down that means your osprey wouldve got shot down.

I agree, I don't find it that good... unless it drops tons of AC130's or something...

It's really not that bad, but I've had my fair share of them get shot down within 10 seconds sooo, it's a gamble.

Escort Airdrop has lesser care packages and it only protects the care package area to my knowledge.
