For those of you who do not know what the Extended Mag glitch is, it is a glitch which occurs when you add Extended Mags to a shotgun, a normal shotgun shoots 8 pellets from one round however with the Extended Mags perk,12 pellets get shot out, this increases the damage done and can make some shotguns over powered.

It was recently confirmed that this glitch will be addressed thanks to Creative Strategist at Infinity Ward on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Robert Bowling.

Let's hope bowling means address as in buffing the shotguns, cuz even with the extended mags they are still under-par compared to the douche guns (ARs, SMGs, etc.)

Way to go IW, patching guns that were already underpowered to begin with

Lets nerf the underpowered shotguns. Oh and, let's also do nothing about Final Stand and Dead Man's Hand. Forget about akimbo FMG9's and the Type 95. -Robert Bowling
