Do you need the specialist package to get a moab? because ive used the assault package, got a 26 ks and didnt get my MOAB

i think its on all killstreaks but it require's 25 kills with guns not like 10 with guns 15 with killstreaks, i got mine with the specialist package though so i dont kno 100% if it just on Specialist or is on all, i was told it was on all but that dosent mean it actually is.

its a 25 point kill streak w/o hardline 24 w/ hardline you can get it using assault support or specialist doesn't matter. the only thing is your killstreaks dont count towards the moab thats all. btw mine is 55 with 4 moabs thanks to the hardline glitch

put hardline on
get 23 kills and 1 and now get an assist (so it become 2 assists and count as a kill) you will get the moab
now get a normal kill so you become 24 kills 2 assists and you will get a second moab

You get it on all strike packages, but it's a gun only killstreak. You probably got a few kills from whatever air support you used, so they wouldn't count as a kill for the MOAB. If you're using the assault package, then I suggest you just keep getting kills, not using the air support until you die.
