Step 1: Open MW3
Step 2: Press windows button and open MW3LvlHack
Step 3: Enter your desired level, prestige and amount of prestige tokens*
Step 4: Click hack (should play Super Mario theme)
Step 5: Close down the MW3LvlHack and maximize MW3.

* note that if you select to be level 81 it makes you level 80 with the XP bar full so you can prestige again. If you enter 80 you still have to gain XP before you can prestige.

This is legit , I used it. But atleast give credits to uc-forum as bertieboy7 said.

I did this, 100% works. I personally think it's stupid but atleast it's a hack for MW3!
